Paul Belanger…Producer

Paul Belanger is an author, educator, entertainer and special events producer. Paul has authored books, 12 educational videos, and many magazine articles, including LaughMakers Magazine, The Funny Paper, Jugglers World, Calliope, Clowning Around. Paul is often requested to teach at national and international performance conventions on four continents.
However, Paul Belanger’s real skill has been to produce talent for numerous national and international events including over 35 White House events (spanning 4 Presidents) such as Presidential Inaugural Balls, Presidential Inaugural Parade, the Annual Easter Egg Roll at the White House, Halloween at Vice-Presidential Estate, Christmas in Washington for NBC Television and TNT Television, with the First Family and hundreds of other celebrities.

At the KimTom Shanghai (China) Clowning/Comedy Festival, Paul Belanger created the International Balloon Fashion Show. It was the largest and most extensive event of its kind in the world.

Tim Reber - Senior Special Event Designer / Assistant Producer
With a strong background in event operations, and a BA from The Johns Hopkins University, Tim has been an integral part of a major event management agency since 1997. Prior to this, Tim worked extensively in the hotel and hospitality industries, serving as Director of Specialty Dining for the esteemed Harbor Court Hotel, and Director of Catering for the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Resort in Saint Thomas, VI. Tim returned to Baltimore to accept a position of Director of Operations where he managed and oversaw the implementation of hundreds of events throughout the North American Continent. Five years later, Tim moved from the operations side of the business and joined the event design / production team where he thoroughly enjoys every minute of his job.
Tim’s clients include some of the Who’s Who of the corporate world and festivals.

Scott Kalin…Assistant Producer
Scott Kalin is a blessing with his organizational skills, but also has a strong background in stage, sound, lighting and variety entertainment to help out in many situations where it is essential for someone to adapt and troubleshoot for many large events.
The logistics of working with large groups of entertainers is second nature since he runs an entertainment agency and sells various products for the variety entertainer.
